I do enjoy using All the Right Type 3 Plus. It is an excellent user-friendly program, that is easy to use and has great graphics, which makes learning keyboarding very pleasant. Specifically I appreciate the results page which depicts which finger on either hand needs improvement.
The ability to be proficient at using a keyboard has never been more important and is an essential skill in our society.
The program is easy to use and is equally simple to install as a standalone or network based program. It uses wide/local area network (TCP/IP) protocol that allows fast and secure networking.
In total we tested 10 terminals using NComputing technology and 26-30 stand alone computers running the server based program all at once with no noticeable degradation of speed, unexpected program errors and/or hang ups. The student input and importation functions are simple enough for teachers to handle and manage on there own making this program extremely user friendly.
This all the right type thing is fun I use to be slow at typing now I\'m fast. Now my friends can\'t say that I\'m a slow typer because I\'m not. Thanx who ever came up with this game rules.
I am the teacher/ed. coordinator at a residential treatment center for North Star Behavioral Health Systems. My students are all males ages 11-17 with psychiatric diagnoses who are under 24 hour care. I use \"All the Right Type 3\" currently for all the residents in my summer program. It is a solid program that presents keyboarding in a systematic, straight-forward manner. I especially like the feature that the teacher can require that students do all the lessons sequentially rather than skip around in a haphazard way.
Keyboarding is a fundamental skill that is essential not only for students within our school system, but also for adults who are pursuing a successful career. All the Right Type provides the new immigrants who attend Basic Computer Classes at our Centre an effective tool to develop this skill that is fundamental to their success in acquiring a good job and integrating into our community. This software package allows the student to control progress in the mastery of the keyboard by dividing the keyboard into manageable groups of keys in each lesson.
