Hints for users who have trouble downloading files:

  • Netscape users: You can save a page or file to disk by clicking a link while holding down the Shift key (Option key on the Mac OS). 
  • Internet Explorer users: To save a page or file to disk without opening it
    1. Right-click the hyperlink for the item you want.
    2. Click Save Target As.

      3. In the File Name box, type a name for the item, and then click Save.
